Bucktail Path, Elk Forest, PA (backpack trip part 1)

The trip will take us from the north tip of Bucktail Path in Elk Forest PA to the midway point down the trail. The length of the trail is 32 miles. This trip will include the northern 16 only.

Itinerary
All times are approximate except the initial meeting and departure times

May 12
3:15pm -	Gather at the park and ride off exit 9 on 390. When going south on 390, you get off at exit 9 and take a left off the ramp. You will then see a Mobil gas station sign. Before the sign there is a small paved entrance which is the entrance to the park and ride.
3:30pm -	Start driving to Pennsylvania
4:30pm - 5:30pm	Find dinner
8:30pm -	Arrive at our destination and park cars at both ends of the trail
9:00pm -	Start hiking in a mile or two to set up camp
9:45pm -	Setup camp and get comfortable for the night
May 13
6:30am - 8:00am	Get out of bed and eat breakfast
9:00am -	Hike about 9 miles stopping to have lunch somewhere around noonish
5:00pm - 5:30pm	Find a suitable camp site and set up tents
5:45pm -	Have dinner and get comfortable for the night
May 14
6:30am - 7:30am	Wake up and get breakfast
8:30am -	Hike the remaining 6 miles stopping to have lunch around noon if necissary

Departure time and food stops will be decided on the last day based on how people feel and what people want.

Rules

No smoking or excessive alcohol on the trip.
When hiking try to stay within visual range of those behind you.
Stop at all trail and road intersections till all members of the group have collected and can see which trail to take even if it seems obvious.
Tent, stove, and water filtration can be shared but it will be assumed each individual is bringing these items unless I am told otherwise. Please let me know if you wish to share any of these items for reduced pack weight.
Everyone is responsible for their own food.
Pay your driver for gas.

Costs

The only group cost during this trip is fuel to get to the trail and from the trail. You must pay your driver with an appropriate payment for fuel and vehicle wear and tear.
